A Safe Pasture

"I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. He will come in and go out and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."
John 10:9 and 10

Dementia seems like a sinister thief, stealing precious memory, but, for the Christian, that person has entered a verdant pasture. He can come and go in safety. The Good Shepherd, who laid down his life for that sheep, will certainly not allow anything to happen to him.
Jesus said, "I give them eternal life and they shall never perish. No one can snatch them out of my hand."
In pastures green he leadeth me, beside still waters I rest. We're in good hands!
